Wounded Soldier!

Is what I am these days.

As usual, I ignored the pain in my hand for weeks. Finally went to the doctor when I started having a problem with my other hand! Anyway to cut a long story short, I now have very painful "tennis elbow" in my left hand (the one that I'd been ignoring) and the weird sensations in my right arms turned out to be neuralgia, caused by my long-standing cervical spondylitis!

So I'm not supposed to use my hands too much (imagine how difficult that is!) and I definitely cannot type. I have this lovely post in mind, with pictures, especially for my friends Pat and Guyana Gyal. Will try and do it in a couple of days.

Have a good weekend!

Take care dear CC. The tennis elbow can be very painful if not taken due rest. I have had the first hand experience and it rendered me useless for quite some time.

Wish you a speedy recovery.

Oh no, what's a writer / baker to do in such a situation?

Read, relax, go for long strolls, watch people, watch movies :-D

Sending you
((((((((healing vibes)))))))).

I have recurring shoulder and arm problems and a recent x-ray showed erosion of cervical vertebrae. To cu a long story short, a physio gave me a very strong massage and since then - about two weeks - I have had no pain. I do hope yours can be sorted.
