Pieces of you, pieces of me

We are all jig-saw puzzles and everyone we ever meet and love rearranges us to fit into their world. And we do the same to them. And it may not always be perfect and correct and some pieces may seem out of place or even remain left out. But in that chaos and disarray, you can often find your core because we are also constantly rearranging the pieces of our being. And the final picture doesn't have to be a cookie-cutter image of the one that's on the box. The final arrangement needn't even include all the pieces that you came with in the beginning, and you can definitely add as many new pieces as you like. In fact, it never even has to be final. Pieces of you and me and us and them, all arranging and rearranging themselves on this great board we call life. Because this is not really a puzzle to be solved, just one to be experienced, savoured and lived. Here's to the a lifetime of jig-sawing (is that an accepted word? If not, it should be). P.S. To my current rearranger - please don't change my big nose! And yes, I have cold feet but still like to stick them out of the covers
